About the Experience
This is not another menopause seminar.
Hot, Bothered & Talking About It is an intimate girls’ night designed for honest conversation about perimenopause and menopause — the symptoms, surprises, questions and experiences generations of women were often expected to quietly figure out on their own.
Think of it as happy hour with a menopause conversation.
Come for the cocktails. Stay because apparently nobody warned us about any of this.
Who It's For
Women who are:
- experiencing perimenopause
- navigating menopause
- wondering whether what they're experiencing is “normal”
- tired of figuring everything out alone
- ready to laugh, learn and talk openly with other women
